I have been an active person most of my life, starting organized sports at the age of 9. I was a student athlete at the University of Cincinnati from 2000-2003 where I graduated with a degree in Criminal Justice. The next six years of my life I spent as a professional athlete in the NFL (Ravens, Chiefs), Canadian Football League, and Arena Football. In 2009 I attended Remington College's 9 month program for personal fitness training. I finished the program with a 4.0 cumulative and became a certified personal trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Amazing changes occur when the human body is put through proper and safe fitness programs. The changes it does for ones psychological health and spirit are not qualitative. When it comes to Orangetheory Fitness, I am no different than any other staff or member. I tried one class and I was in! A program that uses proper training techniques and actual research and science was exactly what I was looking for. The positive environment does not compare to anything I have experienced. I look forward to continuing to spread Orangetheory Fitness, its energy, its positive atmosphere, and results in safe and enjoyable manner.
